As co-president of the sub-committee of the UIA World Forum of Mediation Centres, Fabienne van der Vleugel will have the pleasure to introduce various speakers and mediators from all over the world. Various sessions with different themes and subject matters will be presented, so that participants may enhance their practice of international commercial mediation.

Fabienne van der Vleugel will also be the moderator of the session « Mining the Minds » which is highly appreciated by the participants of the Forum, as it permits the audience and the panel of experienced mediators to have direct and open discussion about their practices.

Fabienne van der Vleugel is honored to share the panel with Ross W. Stoddard III (Dallas Texas, US), for the session “What Do I Say or Do Now? Dealing with Ethical Dilemmas Confronting Mediators”.
