The next UIA World FORUM of mediation centers will take place in Luxemburg. With the help of the Centre de Médiation Civile et Commerciale (CMCC) of Luxembourg, Fabienne van der Vleugel – as President of the UIA World Forum of Mediation Centers – is now setting up the various conferences which themes have been chosen to make the FORUM highly interesting for professional mediators who are willing to continuously enhance their ADR practice, but also the managers who are seeking to ameliorate their conflict resolution methods/rules, and the judges themselves who may still orientate companies and individuals towards mediation, even if judicial proceedings have begun.
The Luxembourg FORUM will be again exceptional, not only because of the quality of the panels with its chairmen/women and co-speakers coming from all over the world, but also because of the quality of the activities and the surprises that are going to be organized and revealed, to make this FORUM, an unforgettable event.

During this conference, Fabienne van der Vleugel describes a "toolbox" and develop 10 various ideas and concrete suggestions to secure this acquisition.
