List of mediators of PARIS Court of Appeal.
PARIS Court of Appeal has established a list a mediators (individuals and associations) for information to judges. Those mediators have been selected based upon application.
The 2021 directory has been updated and is available on the web site of PARIS Court of Appeal.
Insofar as Seine et Marne (department 77) is concerned, some associations have been selected, amongst which : AMIDIF ("association des médiateurs d’Île de France"), presided by Jean Bernini and whose general secretary is Fabienne van der Vleugel.
AMIDIF association gathers other recognized mediators : Philippe Garnier, Joël Rabier, Gilles de Bailliencourt, Tomas Garcia and Stéphanie Lucas.
Each AMIDIF member/mediator is individually duly inserted in the PARIS Court of Appeal directory (updated version of 2021).
